Intro to Flying Pole
This class focuses on introducing the foundations of the flying pole, including the differences between static/spin pole and fly pole, some beginner spins, basic climbing technique, and creating basic shapes. This class is ideal for students who have never done flying pole and have taken other beginner-level pole, aerial, or acro classes.
